Teaching Characteristics

Interpreting Qigong to trainees by combinational knowledge of Zhineng
Qigong and its related subjects such as Qi (Chi) channels and Qi
transformation theories of Chinese traditional medicine, psychological and
nutritional immunology, psychology, human anatomy, human pathology and
physiology.

Paying attention to both Qigong knowledge and techniques.

Highly experienced for Qigong treatment of diseases, especially good at
dealing with chronic diseases and those with unknown causes and curing
difficulties.

Expertise in attenuating aging and improving longevity.

My ‘Great Health’ Concept
Restoring the natural life of human being, self-healing (being your own doctor),
establishing and maintaining the harmonious association of people with their family members, and their social and natural environments, and the universe, aiming to achieve fitness, happiness, peace of mind and longevity.

Activating and opening the natural Qi channels of human body to interact with
and catch the invisible but essential external Qi (field- or energy like material) that exists everywhere in the universe, by taking advantage of the most natural, simple, safest, and most efficient Zhineng Qigong techniques and methods.

By using these simple techniques and methods, people are able to adjust and harmonise their association with both the social and the natural environment, and to enhance the functions of their ‘mind-neuron-endocrine-immunity’ systems, and to stimulate their tremendous human life potential, awaking natural self-healing ability, thus leading to gradually improved general physical and mental health, and benefiting from a higher level of living quality, and values.
